That's how your dreams and goals respond. Even if you've been in a very negative place for a while, if you're discouraged, you can find hope. You can begin to look for things to appreciate and ways to take action to bring them to life again.

To really get what you really want don’t set goals, set intentions.oals are somewhat rigid so set intentions. They are more flexible since nothing ever works out exactly as planned. Goal setting can often trap the mind into wanting everything to happen the way we’ve planned it to happen and when that fails we feel like failures, which leads to giving up. Set an intention and be open to all the possibilities that exist in accomplishing what you’ve intended. It’s not the final destination that matters. It’s the journey we take in getting what we want, so enjoy it!
