Sometimes, You Gotta Blow Things Up!

by Doreen Rainey

It's always advised that, as an entrepreneur, you periodically take a step back from your business and evaluate what's working, what's not working, what your clients and customers really want (and need) and whether you, as the owner, are getting the most joy out of your work.

Doing this exercise allows you to see what needs to be tweaked, adjusted, shifted, altered or fine-tuned.

Well, that's exactly what I've been doing over the last several months.

Having been in business for about 8 years, I've seen a lot, tried a lot, loved a lot and hated a lot. I've worked with incredible clients whose results in their business and personal lives have been phenomenal and I've also taken on some clients that were better suited for someone else.

I've woken up so pumped up about what was happening in my business that I couldn't wait to start the day. I've also woken up and decided it was too much to handle and spent the morning perusing job openings for Human Resource Executives.

But it's all been necessary to continually develop and grow a company I love.

That's why, as I stepped back and evaluated this time, I realized I didn't want a tweak, adjustment, shift, alteration or a tune-up - I wanted something drastically different. I wanted a complete blow up!

So that's what I did!

Since making this decision, my team and I have been working on HUGE changes in how we serve our clients in teaching, coaching and mentoring them to success. And I'm so excited I can't stand it!

We've been beta testing this new process with a group of my clients and they absolutely LOVE it!

If you are someone who has been:

  •     Dealing with overwhelm in your life or business and need clarity.
  •     In information overload and unsure of how to move forward.
  •     Wanting to to learn from coaches, teaches and experts you actually have access to.
  •     Seeking more affordable options to learn how to grow your business, reach your personal goals and get support from a powerful community.
  •     Looking for targeted, focused, direct and clear education, training, coaching and development for your personal goals and business success.

All I can say is "Have I Got Something For You!" We're just a couple of weeks away from unveiling the details so be on the lookout for the announcement.

Now, what about you?

Is there something in your life or business you need to "blow up"? Do you need to take a step back and release yourself from what "they" or you have always done? Is it time to let go of ways of doing things just because they are familiar and comfortable?

If so, I invite you to take a deep breath (or two...or three...or four) and do as I did. Press the detonator!

What Trumps Budgeting Every Time For Generating More Money

by Kendall SummerHawk

All women entrepreneurs want to learn how to make more money in their business but unless you also learn the secrets to keeping more of what you make, what you do create will quickly slip through your fingers.

And one of the biggest mistakes women entrepreneurs make is thinking they need to wait until they’re making more money before creating empowering actions with money.

Hear me out on this, because I didn’t always run a multimillion dollar business. Back in my early, struggling days I worried about how to break free of the roller coaster money cycle I always seemed to find myself in. It wasn’t easy, as back then, there wasn’t anyone teaching women entrepreneurs the insider’s secrets I now freely share.

Luckily, I kept at it and finally “cracked the code”, creating simple systems that resulted in both a huge leap forward with my income AND in the amount that I got to keep.

Because money issues come up frequently for women entrepreneurs, here are 3 simple tips to help you make and KEEP more money.

My most popular and impactful recommended action step is to start tracking your income – DAILY. And while it’s tempting to say, “I don’t have income every day so what would I track?” or “I don’t have time to do something like that every day!” let me reassure you, I’ve been tracking my income daily for years and it’s been the single, most powerful action I’ve ever taken to increase how much I make.

Tip #1 – Money Loves To Be Paid Attention To

Remember that scene in the movie “It’s a Wonderful Life” where the bank employees, after having survived a run on the bank, have two $1 bills left and they joke that the bills might make babies if they leave them alone together in the safe overnight?

Money needs to be cared for, nurtured and appreciated. It doesn’t multiply when it’s left alone (nor are money issues miraculously solved when ignored). Money requires attention and you have the choice of whether it gets your attention in a negative or a positive way. Track every penny flowing into your life and business daily and you’ll be paying positive attention to your money in all of the right ways.

Tip #2 – Make A Game Of Your Money

There’s a difference between acting with financial integrity versus approaching money with a feeling of heaviness and dread. Lighten up and you’ll find that it’s actually enjoyable to pay attention to your money.

One easy way is to make a game of seeing how many days each month you can have an amount to record on your money tracking chart. Keep setting your goal higher month after month and you’ll quickly find you have more coming in.

This is surprisingly easy to do when you consider that you’re tracking ALL the money that comes into your life – whether it’s a business transaction, a birthday gift, a refund or investment or even the loose change you find under your car seat.

Tip #3 – Be Proactive Rather Than Reactive with Money

Avoiding looking at financial situations means that every day your choices become more limited until finally, you’re down to a single, reactive choice. That’s not an empowering place to be.

Knowing where you stand financially at all times is like having your finger on the pulse of your business. When you look at income daily you begin to sense patterns of all kinds: how your list responds to promotions, how your clients tend to make payments, and how often you may need to be making offers. These patterns are literally gold for you – insider information that helps you make choices each day about how and where to spend your time and energy.

Tracking your income every day is a powerful action that reaps exponential rewards, financially and personally.

How to Create A Tribe Of Raving Fans That Grow Your Business For You

by Sydni Craig-Hart

Don't you love it when you receive a compliment? You likely feel validated, intelligent, successful and helpful. Don't you also feel more confident? Especially when the compliment has to do with your work and your business?

Of course you do!

Even better, don't you LOVE it when you receive a phone call or an email from a prospective client and they say, "I'm reaching out to you because my friend Jim said you were the best person to help me with _____"?

If you want the people who already know you, like you and trust you to build your business for you, they have to be a raving fan of your work!

Who Are These People?

The folks that are talking about you in their day to day life, simply because they enjoy working with you and see great value in the solutions you offer - these are your raving fans.

Within your target audience, each person falls into one of these four categories:

Casual connections - They are aware of who you are, your message and what you have to offer.

Active connections - These folks know you exist, like your content and have given you permission to give them more. When you launch a new piece of content they decide whether or not to consume it.

Connected community - They are regularly interacting with you and others in your community. They enjoy identifying themselves as a part of your community.

Raving Fan - Someone who is so dedicated and loyal to your brand that they can't imagine living without it. If your brand were to disappear they would be devastated.

Most of your audience is in the "casual connection" category. Only 20% of your audience will be raving fans. To create a profitable, successful business, you need to embrace the 80/20 rule. Focus on your raving fans (the 20%) and converting folks in the other categories into a raving fan.

How to Create Your Own Tribe of Raving Fans

Right out of the gate, you MUST provide a GREAT first impression. Whether a visitor comes to your website, meets you in person or is referred to you, if your first impression doesn't engage them, you'll lose them. Make sure your presence online and offline is engaging, approachable and helpful.

Create unique content that's compelling and specific. Your audience shouldn't feel like they can get what you offer somewhere else. Share your personal experiences and those of your clients and customers. Showcase "real world" interaction with your products and services.

You have to KNOW your audience and what they are struggling with. Do your research and ask questions about their pain points. Speak directly to the challenges they are looking to resolve.

Imagine having a conversation with someone you met for the first time. One of you will share something the other one can relate to. That's how friendships start. Share interesting things about yourself in your content that your audience can connect with.

If you're quirky, be quirky. If you're sarcastic, show that side of your personality. Talk about what you're learning, mistakes you've made, goals you have. BE HUMAN and infuse YOU into your brand.

Put MORE you into your brand. Share random facts about you. He pays his voiceover guy to do this. Be human online. CONNECT. Share interesting things about yourself with your audience.

Provide an experience beyond the normal experience they expect. Look for ways to facilitate conversations and make it easy for people to talk to each other. This is how you create community.

Raving fans aren't created the moment people discover you. They're created by the comments you create for them over time. Which means you need to be consistent with your marketing efforts. Consistency is the fuel that drives results. If you promise something, such as a weekly email newsletter, video or blog post, meet their expectations.

Our goal with all forms of marketing our business should be to develop trusting, engaged relationships with the people we are meant to serve.

No matter what type of business you have, you want to position yourself as a problem solver. A trusted, credible, authoritative resource your ideal client will come to again and again. Keep in mind, the more connected you are with a contact, the less salesy you need to be. If you focus on turning your audience into raving fans, you never have to sell them.

Think about the brands you are most loyal to? What is it about them that keeps you coming back?

Share your thoughts on the blog and let's discuss how we can apply these strategies to your business!

Overcome ANY Obstacle with 3 Simple Questions

by Jack Canfield

What stands between you and what you most desire?

Your answers might relate to a lack of money, time, support from family, or all of these. Obstacles can seem so numerous, so obvious, and so tough to change. You can relate to obstacles in many ways. Typical responses are to explain them or resist them. Both responses take a lot of time and energy. And both anchor you firmly in the past, keeping your focus on areas of your life that are not working.

To immediately generate alternatives, remember a simple analogy...

Imagine that you’re driving down a scenic highway. Suddenly you come to a huge rock in the middle of the road.

At this moment you have several options. You could try to explain how the rock ended up there. You could also go into resistance mode, complaining about the carelessness of highway construction or the lack of state funding for rock removal. Or, you could bypass all this negativity and remove the obstacle from your life at once. Instead of explaining the rock or resisting it, just drive around it.

When faced with obstacles, people often respond with questions based on explanation and resistance, such as:

- Why am I so alone?
- Why does this always happen to me?
- Why am I such a failure?

However, you always have another option. You can ask questions that help you drive around any obstacle in your life. Questions have uncanny power. Questions direct your attention— and along with it, how you think and how you feel. If you want to create different thoughts, feelings, and results into your life, then ask different questions.

Start now by skipping the why questions and begin asking what questions, such as:
1) What’s the lesson here?

There’s an old saying about learning from experience: Beware the person with twenty years of experience. This may consist of one year of learning and nineteen years of repetition. The point is that experiences do not come prepackaged with empowering lessons. Everything hinges on how you interpret experiences, and your interpretations can change over the years. A single event can take you a step closer to emotional contraction or expansion. It all depends on how you interpret that event.

Psychologist Martin Seligman has made a career by studying how human beings interpret their experience. He notes that each of us has an explanatory style. People who chronically feel helpless tend to explain events in ways that are:
  •     Permanent: “I always get confused when trying to learn something new.”
  •     Personal: “I’m just no good at meeting people.”
  •     Pervasive: “I’m just the kind of person who fails to follow through, no matter what kind of goals I set.”
Optimistic people use a different style. They explain events in ways that are:
  •     Temporary: “When I feel confused, I ask questions that lead me to understanding.”
  •     External: “I find it hard to talk to people in bars, so I invite them to quiet restaurants instead.”
  •     Specific: “I find it challenging to meet long-term goals, so for now I will focus on achieving short-term objectives.”
You should interpret these obstacles as yield signs rather than stop signs.

These are signals that the world is expanding to accommodate your growth. Instead of resisting a challenge, just lean into it. Ask yourself: How can I interpret this event in a more powerful way? What’s a positive lesson that’s waiting here to be learned?
2) What’s great about having this problem?

There’s an easy answer to this question: “Nothing!” However, looking beyond that knee-jerk response can quickly open up your perspective.

Tony Robbins offers an example in his book Awakening the Giant Within. He recalls a time when he’d been on the road for nearly 100 days out of 120. Returning to his office, he found a stack of urgent memos and a list of 100 phone calls that he needed to personally return. Before making these discoveries, he was tired. Now he felt exhausted.

Tony managed to shift his internal state simply by asking: What’s great about having this problem? He then realized that just a few years ago he would have been grateful to get calls from twenty people—let alone one hundred people with national reputations.

This insight was enough to break his pattern of frustration. He found himself feeling grateful that so many people he loved and respected were willing to connect with him.
3) What’s my next action?

This question shines a spotlight on solutions. No matter what happens, you can choose what to say and do in response. Rather than manifesting resistance or explanation, you can choose your next action. Successful people hold a bias for action. Add inspiration and intention to the mix, and you gain an unstoppable momentum.

You can, as long as you include this complete statement with it: Jack Canfield, America's #1 Success Coach, is founder of the billion-dollar book brand Chicken Soup for the Soul® and a leading authority on Peak Performance and Life Success. Stop Answering Your Dang Phone Already

by Christine Kane

Be the leader of the pack in your business.

Used to be, you could reach Sarah day or night. She was pretty much available on her cell 24/7.  If you were a client, you could call. If you wanted to ask about being her client, share your story or just kick her tires, Sarah was your girl.

Her reasoning?

“I might miss someone! It’s a dog-eat-dog world out there, and I don’t want anyone to go find someone else to do the work they need!”

It’s the classic lack mindset.  “They’ll find someone else if I don’t perform when they snap their fingers.”

The problem with dog-eat-dog mentality is that dogs don’t actually eat dogs.  Dogs follow the strongest leader. As a business owner, you must be the strong leader of the pack. And the pack is your prospects, your patrons, your patients, your purchasers… your peeps.  When you lead them, you become the alpha-female. You set the criteria. You teach them how to treat you. You create the standards.

Most business owners don’t create standards. They’ve simply trained themselves how to react to the needs, desires, doubts and drama of everyone around them. And they’ve trained everyone around them that they are available at any time for all of it. Which is exactly how Sarah ended up owning a business where she had burnt up all her time, her focus and her adrenals.  She just thought she HAD to answer her phone and be there for everyone all the time – or else?

“They will go away.”

Not true at all.

Something magical happens when you take the leadership role in your business.  When you set  standards, people not only follow, but they actually like to know the rules. They appreciate your clarity. Though there are many places to begin with standards and leading the pack, the first and easiest habit is the phone.  Many solo business owners still answer their phone whenever it rings.

So think about this from a sales perspective.  When you answer your phone on the spot for a prospect, you are teaching that person from the very first minute they experience you, that they are the leader of the pack. They are the alpha.  They call, you answer and you perform.  Even if they do hire you, guess what kind of client they will become?   You got it!  The kind that wants you 24/7.

Stop this craziness and become the leader.  Create a structure or system that you follow to the letter each time a new prospect calls you.

Here’s what to do:

1 – Schedule a time slot in advance when you will return phone calls each day or week.

2 – Create an outgoing voice message indicating when someone can expect a return call from you.  Encourage them to leave an email if they want a faster response.

3 – When you return the call, you can either schedule a time for an intake session (if this is a new client inquiry), or you can trouble shoot on the spot, depending on the nature of the call.

(Obviously, none of this applies to clients who are calling in for their scheduled appointments.)

You can also eliminate all of this by hiring someone to answer your phone for you, and take care of your customer service needs on the spot. If you don’t believe it’ll work, you can just test it out for yourself.  Sarah did.  And she was blown away at the results. She lost exactly two clients. The rest were grateful for the new standards she was setting.  And the best part is that her confidence level skyrocketed.

You can call her and ask her yourself if you want.  (But you’ll have to leave a message and she’ll call you back at 4:30 this afternoon.)

So, share with me in the comments below…

Do you still answer your phone?  Or is there another avenue where you make yourself available all the time for people?  How are you NOT behaving like the leader in your business?

Seven Solo Pro Self Saboteurs

by Barbara Saunders

Being in business for yourself doesn’t have to be hard.

You zero in on what you’re best at, identify your ideal clients, and pick a proven business model and then work it. So why do so many struggle?

The most prevalent reason is the self saboteurs – little subconscious quirks that work against us. Being aware of them is the first step to stopping them. The next step is to stop the sabotage and replace that behavior with a new, more productive one. Here’s what to look out for:

Too Accommodating

Some Solo Pros confuse good customer service with hand holding. It’s an unfortunate dichotomy that the clients that pay the least, tend to want the most hand holding – while the clients who invest well understand how valuable your time is and don’t take advantage of you. So your challenge is to start weeding out those clients that drain your resources and replacing them with more professional clients that know what you’re worth.

Poor Record Keeping

Many times some Solo Pros get too busy with providing services that they don’t keep up with the record keeping. After all, the client doesn’t see behind he scenes so it doesn’t matter if the back end is clean. Wrong! Not keeping accurate records can put you out of business fast. Not keeping up with sending out your invoices can mean no money coming in. Not keeping your tax records up-to-date can cause expensive errors and hours extra – non-billable work.

Not Remembering the Tax Man

It’s as to do. You have expenses now, why worry about taxes until the time comes. Then you get blindsided. And the IRS is gunning for Solo Pros. At least entering transactions into a database regularly will give you the basis for some decent reports.

Being a "Flight Risk"

Because we’re Solos – we are the face of our brand. If we take a hike and don’t show up or finish a job, it can do significant lasting harm to our overall business. Unlike when you work for a big business, you can always blame your oversight on someone else. When it’s just you, YOU are it. Just one time missing a deadline can cause a major reputation management problem.

Not Getting The Full Story

Many times you’re in a rush or have too many things to do and you don’t listen close enough or ask enough questions. It can end up in missed appointments and fumbled projects. It just takes one to serious damage your reputation. Clients who have a bad experience are 10 times more likely to share the problem than they are to share the brilliant things you got right.

Not Getting it in Writing

Contracts can be fiddly. But – especially for your more involved, high-end projects – they are essential to be sure you get all that is coming to you. They’re also great for managing client expectation. And if your client won’t pay, you’ve got useable ammunition if you go to small claims court.

Getting Distracted

As Solo Pros, we do LOTS of things on any given day, but it can really cost us if let the distractions win. This is something that is 100% in your control and not managing it can cost you big time. This is where systems come in helpful. Even a few well-planned checklists can keep you from destroying your reputation.

These are some really easy ways Solo Pros can sabotage themselves. Can you think of a few more? Share them below in the comment section.

by Mariana M. Cooper

Breathe... It's all within your reach! If you have been feeling a bit panicked by your manifesting results or the lack of them, read on...

We live in a very fast paced society that encourages us to constantly set goals, with time frames and measurements. While this can be very appropriate in many settings such as business or education we have a tendency to live by the appearance of the end result, rather than the journey itself.

Have you ever been in a situation that you wanted to work out exactly as you planned, but there was a major delay in getting to your goal? You prayed, you meditated, you did your affirmations etc for quite some time only to see the circumstances stay the same or even get worse? Ambiguity and uncertainty reigned supreme and drove you crazy at the same time!

Well, I certainly have gone through this in many areas of my life and the key is Temperance. Temperance means to step back and flow with the ambiguity. Stop resisting and instead make the decision to "temper" the voice inside of you that is insisting on the structure, the goals, the measurements of success and the "logical conclusions." Maybe the true measure of success is not your end result but your ability to flow with ease while you are on the journey. Maybe patience and tolerance or unconditional love and releasing resistance are the true "goals" that Spirit has in store for you in this lesson.

So how do you put this into action? One of the best ways to master "temperance" is to breathe deeply and get centered in the present. The push for an "outcome" comes from being in the future. The anxiety that you may feel at the thought of your situation potentially not working out, usually stems from focusing on the past.

There is nothing that being in the present moment cannot fix! As you practice temperance you will be able to slow your thoughts down enough to get the true guidance that is there for you.

Mastering temperance enables you to hear the truth about your situation and trust the guidance that you are seeking! Your deepest desires will be met when you balance temperance and inspired action!

Try This: Take a Healing Walk

Movement is one of the best ways to receive pure and accurate spiritual guidance.

This week go out to the park or beach for a walk. Before you start your walk, set an intention like "healing" or ask a question that you would like an answer to.  Do not use an Ipod or other music device or cell phone while doing your healing walk!

Author Q&A: Leadership: It's a Marathon Not a Sprint by Gordon Tredgold

Gordon Tredgold is the author of Leadership: It's a Marathon Not a Sprint. Learn more about him at and about his book at

He's worked in IT for over 20 years and is a specialist in Transformational Leadership, Operational Performance Improvement, Organisational Development, Creating Business Value via IT, and Program and Change Management.

Deb Bailey: Thanks for stopping by the blog today, Gordon. What prompted you to write your book?

Gordon Tredgold: Glad to be here, Deb. I've always wanted to write a book on leadership I think I have a very simple approach to leadership, which people appreciate and I wanted to share it. Too often I find books on leadership are overly complex and I wanted to write something simple and accessible, that could be easily understood by both leaders and aspiring leader.

I had been writing a Leadership blog, as I wasn't sure I could write a full book, then a friend who was going through chemo told me that it wasn't working and I wanted to do something to help so I decided to run a marathon. As I started to train for the marathon I realized much of what I was talking about on the blog I was applying to myself to get me to run the marathon, so I thought why not write a book combining the 2 and look to raise money for charity at the same time.

Deb: Please share what your book is about.

Gordon: It's about my approach to leadership, the principles that I look to try and apply in a business settings, and also how I applied it to myself in order to get myself as an unfit, 53 year old non-runner to run a marathon. I'm like my own guinea pig for my approach to leadership.

It's not really a book about running, its more about the journey.

Deb: That's terrific. So, what is the key message you want to deliver to your readers?

Gordon: The key message is that good leadership can deliver sustainable success, but it will take time, its not a quick fix. Success gained too easily is lost just as easily. You need to undergo a culture change to build a winning culture within an organization, and then there is no limit to the success that can be achieved,

Deb: In your book you mention "the happy underachiever," could you share more about that?

Gordon: Too often departments are content with their performance, sometimes they know they are underperforming but don't care because they are not inspired by their leader, or it could be that they don't believe they could do better, and consequently they are happy where they are, either conscious or unconscious under achiever.

Usually it requires a new leader to come in and take over, especially if the leader has been in place while as they are now part of the problem.

We can all do much more and better than we believe and as leaders we need to show people their true potential and then inspire them to look to achieve it.

I met with someone just recently who had run 66 Ultra Marathons, for charity, on consecutive days. I was very impressed I thought that was amazing, but he told me he did Ultras (50km) run because a guy from Belgian Stefan Engels was looking to run 365 marathons on consecutive days.

I have just run 2 marathons 6 months apart so I thought that was a lot, but then you hear of a guy who has run 66 Ultras, and then someone who has run 365, now I know I can do so much more.
Shortly after hearing this I read about a Spanish guy who had just run 607 marathons on consecutive days.

So even though I thought I was a happy underachiever before my marathon and became  happy achiever on completing it, now I again feel like an happy under achiever as their achievements really do dwarf my own, and I now know that I am capable of so much more.

And this is true of all of us, in whatever it is we are undertaking be it business or private life.

Deb: I totally agree! Can you elaborate on what goes into creating a "culture of success?"

Gordon: The key ingredients to creating a culture of success are small successes and reward and recognition. You need to create a path of success starting small and moving onto bigger and bigger successes, slowly raising the bar and at the same time providing reward and recognition for your teams. Get them used to the feeling of being successful and then slowly raise the bar, and as the team gets into the winning habit they themselves will want to look to improve and enjoy further successes.

Its just like teaching a child to swim, you encourage them even when the can't swim, ad you just keep stepping further and further back, all the while encouraging them and helping them to feel safe, and then eventually they are swimming.

But too often, leaders and managers who know how to do this with their children, don't take the same approach with their teams. They expect them to be able to jump in at the deep end and be able to swim right off the bat. Won't happen often!

Deb: What's the best advice you could give to women entrepreneurs specifically?

Gordon: Be bold, go after big targets, everyone loves to achieve big goals, this is what inspires people. Show them the way to be successful and then encourage people along that journey. Emotional intelligence is key, and in my experience woman are better at it than men, but often they tend to play it down, I don't know why but I would play it up.

Deb: Good point. It's certainly better to lead with our strengths. You're sharing a lot of very important information in your book. What inspires you to do the work you do?

Gordon: Before I was often told that I wouldn't be successful at this, or that project was too tough, and what inspired me then was the look on peoples faces when I achieved something that they thought was impossible.

What inspires me know is the looks on the faces of my teams when they have achieved something they didn't feel was possible.

So in the marathon I was happy to complete it, and prove people who told me I couldn't do it they were wrong. But what pleased me much more was the look on Taraks face when he completed Dusseldorf Marathon with me, and also the looks on my sister Alyson and my colleagues Dave and Bart when they completed the Cologne Marathon. They we're marathons runners, they didn't think they could do it, but the triumphed, and the look on their faces at the end was worth all of the effort involved.

5 Tech Tools That Help Prospective Clients Find You

by Sydni Craig-Hart

One thing entrepreneurs never have enough of is time.

A lack of time is often cited as a reason why some small business owners aren’t consistent with their marketing efforts. I can’t give you any “magical” tips on pulling time out of thin air, but I can share with you 5 tools that will help you market your business more consistently, more successful and help you to increase your profits:

Figuring out what to write about: If a perpetual case of writer’s block is keeping you from regularly reaching out to your audience, check out Social Crawlytics.

This FREE web-based tool helps you identify your competitors most shared content online. With a few clicks you can find out what they are talking about and where they are promoting it so you can join the conversation with your own perspective.

Creating images to support your content: 90% of information transmitted to the brain is visual, and visuals are processed 60,000X faster in the brain than text. (Sources: 3M Corporation and Zabisco)

That means you need to include images in your email newsletter, blog posts and with all of your social media updates. Enter This web-based service offers you the ability to create custom graphics without hiring a designer.

Simply select a template, modify the text, and then publish the image in the format you want.

Building simple web-pages: To build your own tribe of pre-qualified leads that you can develop a relationship with and market to again and again, you need to have an easy way to capture the name and email address of the folks who visit your website.

But you have ZERO design skills you say? No problem! Lead Pages offers you proven templates that are plug and play! You drop in your content, configure your email service provider and you are up and running in a matter of minutes with a stylish, highly functional, mobile-responsive web presence that makes you money.

Building your presence on Facebook: If your target market is actively looking for the products and services you sell on Facebook you need to be active there too. It’s not just a matter of collecting friends and fans, you need to convert these connections to email subscribers that you can stay in touch with over time to build the all important know, like and trust factor.

Using content you already have on your computer, you can launch a simple Social Campaign in 20 minutes or less to attract new likes AND new prospects. The first time we launched this we attracted 46 new email subscribers in just a couple of days with minimal promotion! Try it for FREE!

Update your blog on the go: If you’re like me, you often find inspiration for content you want to share with your audience while you’re out and about.

Instead of letting your good ideas fall to the wayside, the next time you are struck with a brilliant idea, stop what you’re doing and take 5 minutes to start a blog post using your smartphone (or tablet) and the FREE Wordpress app (iOs or Android).

You can finish the post once you get back to your desk or publish it right there from you mobile device! You can also edit text, upload new images, respond to comments and more. Keep this app handy and use those extra minutes you have between appointments to share useful content with your audience and create a sales opportunity.

No matter what form of marketing you use to grow your business, for best results you MUST be consistent in your efforts. Following through and being consistent is more important than the strategy itself, the words you use or what your website looks like.

Clearly, those elements of your marketing are important, but it’s far too easy to get caught up in the minutia of what you need to do, which can distract you from actually getting it done. Make your marketing easier on yourself and get better results by leveraging technology to do your work for you. You’ll be rewarded with a better reputation, more opportunities and more revenue than you could ever imagine.
